We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process your transactions and subscriptions; generate personalized AI dialogues based on your inputs; send you technical notices, updates, and support messages; respond to your comments and questions; analyze usage patterns to improve user experience; and comply with legal obligations.
Your data is stored securely on our servers and third-party cloud services (PostgreSQL database, Google Cloud Storage for audio files). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We use third-party services to operate our platform: OpenAI (for dialogue generation), ElevenLabs (for audio generation), Google Cloud Storage (for audio file storage), Stripe (for payment processing), Pusher (for real-time updates), Upstash QStash (for background job processing), and Google OAuth (for authentication). Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information.
